Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased from VictoryPellets.com between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 are eligible for return until January 31, 2026. All holiday returns must comply with the standard return guidelines outlined below.

Standard Return Policy

Most items shipped from VictoryPellets.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original condition. Some products may have unique return requirements, which will be noted on the product page.

Victory Pellets is not responsible for returns associated with third-party vendors or purchases made outside of our official website.

Return Shipping Cost

Victory Pellets covers the cost of return shipping for eligible items returned within the 30-day window. No restocking fee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping on Bulk Gaylord Box orders and any third-party purchases.

Recycling Policy

We accept unused Victory Pellets for recycling. Customers may request a prepaid return shipping label for eligible recycling returns. Refunds for recycled items are subject to the same conditions as our standard return policy.

Bulk Gaylord Box Orders

Bulk Gaylord Box orders are not eligible for free shipping or free returns. Customers are responsible for all freight and return shipping costs associated with these orders.
