Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping and returns within the continental United States on most orders. No minimum purchase required.

Note: Free shipping does not apply to Bulk Gaylord Box orders. Shipping and return freight for these large-volume orders are the responsibility of the customer and will be quoted separately at the time of purchase.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, multiple failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable to receive the package, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of reshipment. If a refund is requested instead for a returned/undeliverable package, refunds will be issued for the product price only; initial shipping costs and carrier return fees are non-refundable.
